About the project

Our client is a provider of advanced lighting solutions. Centerlight showcases and offers modern, extraordinary, and innovative products for both retail/commercial and office/residential sectors.

We have developed an attractively designed e-commerce website where users can browse through our client's full product set online. It combines colorful design, an online store, and a platform with case studies of successfully implemented projects, as well as a unique specification builder. The website also educates and offers various solutions on how to combine creativity and efficiency through modern customized lighting products.

The Centerlight online store makes it possible to order simultaneously all the components and ready-to-use solutions as well as their installation, to create the ambience desired with innovative LED lighting. The online store is an easy-to-use and full-featured tool with an attractive catalog, all designed to enhance the customer experience. The user-oriented interface structure, rich content solutions, and integration of the payment and delivery systems makes Centerlight online store an iconic solution that customers love.

Specification generator

To meet the needs of highly customized projects, where stock lamps and combinations of them would not work, we have built a specification generator, where professional architects and building experts may create their own solutions from the different components. The specification generator is an interactive tool with real-time price calculation and a versatile and convenient set of specifications.

Development process

The online store was our first project with this client. We enjoyed working together so much that it led to several follow-on projects and new tasks. When we started working with Centerlight, the company had reseller partners in various states and a showroom in Los Angeles, but also had a clear need for an online store to allow direct purchasing and full inventory browsing. We had several technical goals to accomplish, while ensuring that the website would look rich in design and leave a memorable impression on the audience, making the Centerlight website more than just a place to purchase lighting products. Our analysts and design teams studied different trends in lighting solutions and the client's projects, to develop the concepts and build the product. With all the initial implementation now complete, we continue today to support our client and add further features.
